I liked the "white toner" one.
However, this might fit here too: The new number of Swiss information is 1820.
A new one? What for? And what's the point to keep numbers for something hardly anybody uses? (And the ones who might want to, won't know the number?).
So I checked it out. On the internet.
Hey, it's a 100% Swiss, "your money stays in Switzerland". (Fr. 1.85 just to call them, then Fr. 1.85 per minute).
The service is personal, 24 hours a day and you and your needs are central. It is TSS fair call certified - I mean everybody knows that certificate and it's impressive, right?
But it gets better:
<<Die freundlichen Beraterinnen und Berater der 1820 suchen nicht nur Nummern, Sie vermitteln und helfen dabei Kontakte zu knüpfen.>>
The friendly consultants (m and f - for lack of an English word ) of 1820 don't only search for numbers, they also mediate and help socializing. ("Kontakt knüpfen" is not connecting to a number).
So what is this really?

Apart from a new company bound to go bankrupt?
