Rolling on from Gifs, Lolcats / Lolruses, Pics & Iphones, now we have Photoshop of the day :



Our chief weapon is Photoshop... and cloning... cloning and Photoshop. Photoshop and cloning. Our two weapons are Photoshop and cloning... and copying and pasting. Argh. Amongst our weaponry are such elements as Photoshop, cloning, copying, pasting........

Your picture shows as a question mark on my end (in Safari), couldn't see it until I actually downloaded the link to it.
That said, here's a picture that a guy Photoshopped in another forum (Triumph motorcycles) that I used to frequent. It started as a joke about what to do with your bike in the winter and he kept adding details to the pic until it finally came out like this:

Minimia, the renaissance bit was brilliant, the baldy people was a bit unnerving to be honest. Some looked fabulous all shiny in the head dept. others looked rather sinister

They have lots & lots of galleries which can get you lost for hours!!
