Re: WTF!! of the day?

A girl told her parents, her brother was hiding beer in his room, and he was grounded for 3 months.

As a payback, he searched her room, and published her shagging list on Facebook

I don't get it. So was he in a coma and someone pretended that he spoke through a computer? I don't get what it's saying.

His facilitator may honestly think that she IS talking to the man, or she could be an out-and-out con woman. I remember seeing an episode of Law and Order where a mother was convinced that she was talking to her son through assisted communication. On the show, they showed the kid a colored paper but did not show the mother. When the mother was told to ask her son what color was the paper, she got the answer wrong. The mother was genuinely shocked and couldn't understand why her son wouldn't tell him what color the paper was.

Unless an independent test is done to verify this, I would be VERY skeptical about any claims made about facilitated communication.
