Most of that doesn't even look good!

The one exception is the chicken wing one.

I know I couldn't eat 50 at a sitting though as usually an order of 50 at my favorite wing place got split between 3 of us gals and my sister's hubby... and we brought home leftovers.
The first item, burger, actually looked tasty.. It s the size -15pounds- making it unattractive

Re: WTF!! of the day?

Gymmed extensively on Thursday for full hour, played tennis yesterday for intensive two hours and managed to pull out muscles or get cramp on my calf... Whatever it was, f@cken painful and have been limping for whole day today... Needless to say, the S'n'R EF day was history
What's even worse, my better half went coaching today and she also injured her knee (apparently it had turned 180 deg and back). She claims it happened to her many times before as tennis pro, but this time pain was exceptionally excruciating. Now with both sit in front of TV unable to do anything plus EF was offline for good few hours and that's serious WTF of the day!!!

Only conclusion, make sure you warm up thoroughly before any workout. The temps are very low and muscles stay stiff.

tbh, it appears there's no conclusive evidence on warming up ... including one study (of which I read the abstract) where the researcher had access to a coupla hundred soldiers over several months - half did warm-ups & -downs every exercise session, the other half did not. No significant variation in rate or severity of injury ...

Even the wikipedia* article on the "benefits of warming up" has not had any references linked, other than one study in a single sport ... and even that had this at the start of its conclusion in the abstract:
Quote:
the primary outcome of reduction in lower extremity injury did not reach significance
Other factors appear to be more relevant in prevention (and reduction in the severity) of injuries than warming up ... such as a good training programme throughout the week ...

* I only included the wikipedia article because it was pretty much the only one I could find that had any referencing at all!! All the others just assumed that warming up = injury reduction, and started from there...

Where'd you find those? I can bet I know a few folks who would LOVE a pair for wearing to BlizzCon, ComiCon and whatever other Cons related to sci-fi / fantasy.

PARTICULARLY if they also come in blue.

Huh.

So, being a bit on the...er... fluffy side, I am curious if they force diners to sit according to balance requirements?
