German Translation required - short sentences

Good Morning Folks

Having cheated mercilessly by having our house sale website expertly translated by a talented EF member, I am now trying to confirm bookings to look around the house, and am kind of keen to maintain the oh so professional veneer provided by the lovely Kittster on my website.

So please could someone help me translate the following ..

"I am writing to confirm your visit to the house on (date) at (time). We are looking forward to meeting you and if in the meantime you need to get in touch, our telephone number is ."

Thank you!

I am looking after a number of apartments for rent. I have placed the ads in German, and I include my phone number. Recently I had someone call for one of the flats and after she asked if I spoke English and I replied yes, I could hear the sigh of relief.

I then decided to modify the ads to include both languages.

Re: German Translation required - short sentences

Tell me about it! - I included both languages specifically in our homepage so that hopefully people would be happy to respond in English, but only one of the 7 people who are interested did . My spoken German is fine (I even understand Basler Deutsch fine) but written is just too hard work!

Thanks to Calvin - I have now replied using his expert translation.
