Building terms

A couple of details on a plan for a house I'm unsure about

1. "Decke Abgeh. - 7.5cm" - what could the "abgeh." be short for? Does this mean that there is a gap between the "real" ceiling and a false ceiling?

2. "Einfach beplankt"? Again, its in the context of a ceiling

Thanks

Re: Building terms

"abgeh." stands for "abgehängt, abhängen".

Think it means that there's 7.5cm gap between the real (concrete?) ceiling and a second (wooden/plaster?) ceiling to fit in lamps.

"einfach beplankt" probably means a single layer of some sort of plank.

Not 100% sure though, I've not done a lot of construction work.

Re: Building terms

As zymogen wrote, it's "abgehängte" Decke.
Einfach beplankt means just one layer of f.e. Rigips, doppelt beplankt is just another layer. see pictures
