angrybird has no particular reputation at present
Re: Help, what does this say?

Never heard of this meaning. Are you sure about that or do you just want to make yourself look important?

Are you a native speaker and do you know what you are talking about? If not your best off not commenting on issues you have no clue about. I am a native swiss and I don't think the meaning you put into your translation is right. Think before you write!

Dear Sir/Madam, have you ever heard of the concept of "irony", or is it a foreign concept in Switzerland? Oh, wait...

Chill out, they were mildly taking the OP for a ride (not a literal ride, mind you!)

Is what you say true? Angrybird is my wife. You must be very clear please.

Can someone PLEASE inform me of the TRUE meaning behind this message. I signed up as anonymuss, changed my user nameb(sorry)

Can somebody or a few who ABSOLUTELY know, verify it. I just would like the truth.
Does it mean my wife (angrybird) was intimate/cheated?

THANK-YOU

My dearest ......, many thanks for the compliments. This gives me the motivation and the pleasure to teach in the coming semester (half year). So many thanks & very kind regards
--------------------------------------------------------

The only point is the "compliments" as to judge this we should have seen the original message. The "compliments" of course may have been some critical remarks. But in the message above it was taken as "compliments"

Re: Help, what does this say?

Hilarious. Maybe spying on your other half's phone messages isn't the best way to nurture a loving trusting relationship.

Because if you don't understand it and take things out of context, everything goes to hell.

Angrybird is a teacher or mentor. With hopefully a longer fuse than she's shown on here
