It's a Croatian-German translater, but I think that those languages are very, very similar?! -> http://www.crodict.com

Re: Anyone know of a Serbian-German dictionary?

Strange. However here's a German-Serbian dictionary. If you don't want to buy it on the internet, the local bookshop probably will order it for you if you ask them.

This is quite strange that this serbian and croatian girl can not communicate. Difference between serbian and croatian languages are small and it is like Deutsch German and Swiss German. So if they tell you that they can't communicate with each other, then I can tell you for sure that is ONE BIG LIE!
For what ever reasons they are telling that.
