Re: Feedback on "hallodeutschschule.ch" school

Hello, I am attending the school now. The price is very good compared to other schools, you pay 270 chf every 5 weeks and the book was 50chf, which will cover you for the whole level. I started on level A2, so far I am quite satisfied with the school. The teacher is very good, very patient and good at explaining the grammer. I was at Flying teachers before and I really didn't like the school, it was mainly due to the teachers. The only downside I would say about the school is the class size, there are 10 people in my class, at the beginning there was only 5 and every week there is a new person joining. Which for me I find to be really annoying, there is not enough speaking going on class. For now I will stay till I finish A2 and look at other schools for B1. It depends on what your budget is but I would say give it a try, you can always go along for a trial class.

I'm taking an A2 intensive class there. I don't find the teacher to be particularly good, but she's comparable to a teacher I had at Migros Klubschule. My course is relatively small: 6 or 7 people.

I think it's good value since it is inexpensive.

It's an ok School, they use Menschen as book fot the first levels and then Sicher, and before Schritte, I personally don't like to change different books wenn going thrpugh levels. The teacher are good but be careful with the administration because a couple of classmates had problems the the payments and "discounts" They were charged with normal price wenn they were told that they already had an Abo. Maybe it is imporntatnt for you that there are 14 stundents in a single class (even in Corona time) but of course with Masks and Hand desinfektion.
