German/French Certificate for "only" reading and writing

Hi,
Is there a certificate of German (and maybe French) which doesn't test your listening and speaking proficiency, apart from separate Goethe/TELC modules?
Many thanks

Separate TELC modules.
Anything else? (Hopefully cheaper, as I'll use it as part of a preparation)

What about the Goethe Pro:

It's not exactly just reading and writing, but its quick and automated.
