New: Fide exams now available in Romansch

I dare say I'm the only person really interested in this, but the Fide exam is now available in Romansch - and indeed, not only in Rumantsch Grischun but in all five idioms. It's the first time there's ever been any sort of exam that those of us learning Romansch could take. It's being offered as A1/A2, and as A2/B1. 15 mins conversation and 45 mins for two written exercises.
