italian apartment vocabulary

hi, i'm heading to lugano for a week before christmas (19-24 december), staying in a B and B and hopefully visiting plenty of apartments to find the place i'll move into when i relocate there in march :-)

anyway, i'm making calls this week to agents to make viewing appointments and will be unleashing my basic italian on them. i'm just making a lits of apartment vocabulary - bathroom, bathtub, is there a washing machine in cellar type vocab and wondered...did anyone else already make such a list and could help out please? ueful words and phrases... (am kinda hping i can slip by with french and german until i actually move there...)
