Info. on Eurocentres

Would very much appreciate any info, insights, experiences with Eurocentres. I emailed them and below is the response that I got from them. I understand the teacher is the most important part of the learning experience, so I will be interviewing them tomorrow.

I am interested in taking french lessons

Also some questions

How do you compare to other schools
- a friendly professionnal team with aims and sucessfull methods in 29 schools
around the world for more than 40 years

What makes your school unique:
- our professionalism and the way we follow the students, the atmosphere of the
school

What is the teaching style used
- communicative teaching and work on 4 competences: speaking, listening, reading
and writing

How many students in a class:
- max 14

What is the teachers background:
- master (university) and specific pedagogical study

What is the average profile of the students:
From 16 years old until 84, international and all social environments

What is the proficiency of students once they finish the beginners intensive
Class:
- depends on their own capacity, but when we say that the level is reached, they
can interact in a simple way, askand answer simple questions about themselves,
where they live, people they know and things they have, initiate and respond to
simple statements in areas of immediate need or on very familiar topics.

Hi Fondue, (mmm, you are making me hungry!)

Did you end up joining the school? I am looking at this school as well and would love to hear your thoughts on it. Thanks!
