What does open minded got to do with language exchange?

Well, urbandesert - for a "Master in international relations" you sure put your foot in it there.

The English Forum is really a place for English speaking expats to get information and help they need and arrange social events for like minded folk. Although we have 'tandem' sets who help each other with the language this is not a language school nor a chance for locals to have free English lessons.

Or, alternatively, visit this post on how you find your language partner. There are not enough French speaking people in our area of EF, that's great somebody showed up to offer a language exchange. Summer is a great opportunity to polish up language skills, people seem to have more time. I am part of one in Geneva, works out great. And, don't forget to pop in the intro section to say hello.
