Leaving Switzerland. Wife non-EU visa/de-register question

I am an EU citizen and I will stop working on the 30. April and I expect to leave Switzerland on the same date to go to my home country to visit friends and family, before flying to Asia on the 8. May.

I need to deregister and all that but I just came to think of my wife who is not an EU citizen. She has her auslanderausweis here but if we de-register and leave Switzerland as per 30. April, will we have to apply for a visa for her to keep staying in another EU country until the leaving date in May?

Is it possible to de-register as per e.g. 10 May and hence "extend" so we avoid that - although we will not be in Switzerland?

Can anyone help me out with an answer to that?

Re: Leaving Switzerland. Wife non-EU visa/de-register question

all we had to do was give a date when we wanted to leave. Then after all the paperwork they just stamped my b permit with the date we were leaving ...It was valid until then
