The UK Benefits Cap

How would this effect people who have worked in Switzerland and go to the UK and want to claim Swiss rates Job Seeker's Allowance for 3 months?

The cap is 500 per week if you have a child. Which would get eaten up without any effort for most people who have had a Swiss salary

Or is it paid by Switzerland so doesn't count?

Re: The UK Benefits Cap

It would be paid by Switzerland at Swiss rates. To still need to do your paperwork for Switzerland plus anything else your required to do in the UK .

What if you deregister? You still need to send job searches back to the chomage office in Switzerland and go for monthly meetings etc.?
