Swiss withholding tax sufficient?

I have left Switzerland permanently, and am in the process of obtaining my 3rd pillar money to pay off my UK mortgage. All is going well. The money will be subject to a small withholding tax in Switzerland, of course, but... is it then subject to income tax in the UK as well? i.e. do I have to declare it in a UK tax return, or is it consider to be already taxed?

double taxation, income tax, tax, tax return, withholding tax
