There are many rules controlling importing dogs into the UK. By plane the dog may only enter at Heathrow, Gatwick and Edinburgh airports. You can forget a short time period, the rabies vaccination takes time to be fully effective, read the website thoroughly,

Not true, Manchester is an entry point too. Swiss only have routes to LHR and EDI though.

Actually Swiss do fly to MAN. But not to EDI.

1) Typing into google - Swiss pet cargo
2) Clicking on the Swiss.com link
3) On that page clicking on the SwissCargo link
4) On that page clicking on the "live animals" link
5) On that page clicking on the "Download Brochure for Switzerland"

I already contacted them, but swiss doesn't do this directly. I need an agent.

It seems all rather last minute to be trying to find an agent. I am surprised that cargo.export.zurich@swiss.com didn't have contact details of suitable agents

Next Tuesday? Ouch. Can't you find someone who will drive to the UK with you, taking the Tunnel so you can all stay with the dog in the car- allowing plenty of time for the pre-check at the office just at the entrance- and making sure you dog is checked, wormed by the Vet (not you) and chip checked and the passport signed by the vet- no more than 48 hrs before crossing and no less than 24. It would be a lot cheaper and much less stressful for the dog, and all of you too.
