Dumping Ground or Brockenhaus

I am planning for moving out of Switzerland in few weeks and have to arrange for selling some of my furniture but there will surely be few things I need to dispose.
Is Brockenhaus a better option of Dump yard. Any idea on near by dump location to Glattpark and process is helpful

By "Dumping Ground" do you mean this kind of thing https://www.stadt-zuerich.ch/ted/de/...linghoefe.html

Otherwise, there are no rubbish dumps for just abandoning unwanted items.

Take whatever you don't want to sell there and bring the rest to the Brockenhaus. Not sure whether they take everything but you could try.

Alternatively, try to sell some of it on here?

Sammelstelle im Rohr is who you need to get in touch with, they also run a Brockenhaus, so if they can use what you have, it goes there. As mentioned above, you may want to consider selling your stuff cheaper and not having to pay for its disposal. Especially the Poang Chair seems a bit much, IIRC it's cheaper to just buy a new one?

If the stuff is not large you can try putting them on the sidewalk with a "gratis" sign on them.

say that again 175 is very steep for a used item. be lucky to get 75 IMO, more likely closer to 50 - check out the prices on Ricardo for comparison

Often difficult to advise people selling used furniture, how low the prices have to be, as many people rather buy new or not at all
