How to find if I have any unpaid bills after leaving CH

Dear friends,

I leaved a few years ago in Zurich. I got to leave quite country quite suddenly, due to the bullying boss at work. I was extremely depressed, almost on the verge of suicide. So I do not remember if did everything correctly, closed and terminated everything and paid all the bills. I believe that I "transferred" my contract for Internet to a next renter (I believe that I had internet with Cablecom, but not sure at this point). No one ever contacted me from Switzerland.
This idea keeps nagging me for some time and I am getting paranoid.
1) can someone kindly explain to me, how I can find out if I have any bills to pay in CH? I am leaving abroad (not in switzerland and do not want to come back there ever) and I do not speak German.
I know that there is some procedure
https://www.e-service.admin.ch/eschk...index_html_de/
But I do not understand what I have to do, because I do not understand German and afraid to put myself in a trouble. I would be grateful if anyone could explain me the procedure step by step!
2) I had a bank account with Zurcher Kantonal Bank. I remember that I had a 0 balance there and then wrote them a letter asking to close the account because I will not use it any more. I've got a letter from them saying "Konto saldiert", but (if I understood correctly) they have charged 10 CHF for "saldierung". I remember after that I wrote them another letter asking if I had any debt or anything to pay and never got a reply. Question - how can I check, once and for all, that I have my account with them closed and I do not owe them anything?
Many thanks for your help!

1. write to the bank giving them your new address and the number of your closed account. They will write back if you owe them money.

2. write to the Betreibungsamt in the district where you lived, and give them your old address and your new address, and ask them if anyone is asking you for money.

3. you can write in English, if they want money they will understand English.

Bills expire after 5 years if the creditors didn't take any action to ensure otherwise. If they did and didn't know where to contact you, the message for you probably should be somewhere in https://www.amtsblatt.zh.ch, check if you can find your name there. If nothing's there, you're probably all clear and forget about the bills, especially as you're never coming back.

I wouldn't really do any of that. Who knows what kind of late penalties, fees, court costs they might want to slap you with now, in addition to principal. And as you're not in CH, it can be hard for you to defend yourself against overly aggressive creditors. If you're nowhere to be found, they'll write the debt off eventually, it's not forever. The hardest part of debt enforcement is finding you.

Looks like he's OK - "Djunkovski" doesn't seem to be there
