Questions on Leaving Switzerland within one year to a non-EU country

Dear all,

I have been worked in Switzerland around 10 months since middle of June, 2019 and now decided to leave Switzerland to my homeland (non-EU).

I have several questions which may need your help and advices:

1. How long is the whole process od deregistration (bank, insurance, tax, permit, etc.)
2. In my contract, there is one relocation fee and it says that: If the employee decides to leave the company within the first 12 months of the employment, the above mentioned costs needs to be reimbursed. Does that include the notice period? Let us say: I joined the company on 16th June, 2019 and handed in the leave application in 17th May, 2020 and the notice period is one month, then should I pay back the relocation fee?
3. Regarding the tax return, 1st pillar and 2nd pillar, can I request reimbursement withint one-year working in Switzerland? Should all these reimbursement made in person when I am now in Switzerland or can I do it overseas via Email and calls?

Thanks and regards,
