Swiss Bank Account - Living in the UK

We are planning to move back to the UK when I finish work. The deal I will receive from my employer is a bridging (reduced) salary (from 60) for two years to finish work, before official early retirement at 62.

But, my reduced salary has to be paid into a Swiss Bank Account. I have found a couple of Banks that will let me have a nonresident account but at a significant cost.

Has anybody got any ideas/experience on how to combat this issue in a reasonable way?
