Leaving Basel to Canada

Hi All,

We are moving to Canada at the end of July and I wonder if anyone know a shipping/forwarding company with reasonable price for household items to be shipped to Canada?

Re: Leaving Basel to Canada

Canada is a (very) large country. It takes longer to fly from Vancouver to St. Johns than to fly across the Atlantic.

A hint would be helpful.

I recomend asking on both sids (Canada and europe) to get a good comparison.
Freight Rates are now up to three times then the prices of 2019.

Re: Leaving Basel to Canada

We used Brytor https://www.brytor.ca/ when we moved to Switzerland from Canada. They were great. No problems at all. Everything worked as promised. As we moved 10 years ago, what we paid would not really be relevant now.

Though we moved from Toronto, I think they also have an office in Vancouver.
