Left Switzerland 3 years ago and now come back. Need to track down pension/tax return

So after spending 3 wonderful years I left this beautiful country in 2018 , and now delightful to come back here the 2nd time. It was an eventful period during the last couple of years so to be honest I couldn't keep track of all the tax return or pension withdrawal status and what not. Here is a couple of question I hope you can help to advise
1. I don't recall receiving the tax return of my last year (2018) yet. How can I track down the status of it?

2. I don't recall receiving the pension withdrawal (1st and 2nd pillar) yet. I remember I have submitted the request to get this withdrawal (as I am leaving to a non-EU country-Vietnam). How long does it normally take? Is there a way to check the status (whether they have received my request/are processing it)?

3. Now I am back to Switzerland and started contributing to the 1st and 2nd pillar using the same previous AHV number. Do I need to inform them to cancel my withdrawal request I made when I left?

My memories might be incorrect so feel free to call me stupid if something doesn't make sense.

Could give you all the answers but won’t - You should have kept a record

1. Contact your Cantonís tax department and ask them

2 & 3 Contact your Cantonís AVS people and ask them.

Perhaps ask your companyís HR department for help.

Hello,

Well, it's not exactly a long time and paperwork have been even slower with this covid19 thing.

I'd guess write a registered letter asking about the 1st and 2nd pillar to the pension funds (1st cantonal, 2nd private one) and ask the status.

The tax refund should be totally traceable. Just contact the cantonal tax office.
