Leaving Basel

I have to relocate from Basel to Munich.
1)To who all should I be serving the notice, apart from landlord / agent.
2) I had files income tax returns for last year, and expect to receive a refund. How do I ensure that I get it even if I am not in Switzerland.
3) Anyone looking for a lovely apartment in ReinachBL can reach me by email or private message.
4) I am a salaried person. Any advise on withdrawl / transfer of pension fund or other deductions on payslip?
Thanks in advance
