Hi,

I was reading your posts about being out of the country for extended periods of time on a B Permit, and I was just wondering what ended up happening with your Daughter? I have an opposite station of you, that I am in Canada, while my daughter is in school in Vaud (Permit B). She will leave for a year, but she will come back to Switzerland more often than every six months, and she will continue to pay all of her health insurance, etc.

Did the Swiss authorities ever take your daughters permit for being away for so long, and/or did she have difficult times in the airport?
