Buy or bake a round or square cake. Cut it into a heart shape.
Whip some cream till stiff. Separate a quarter of it and colour it pink.
Ice the cake with the white cream and make squiggly patterns with the pink.
She will enjoy the surprise and appreciate your efforts. No need to spend lots of money on something she might not really like.
