Our son's collection is almost complete so now starting to help our neighbour out who's collection is looking very sad indeed. His mum didn't even get him a box.

Please be careful with toddlers/babies around. If they were toys for sale, I'm sure they would be illegal. As DB says a perfect choking device- I really don't know how they have such stupid ideas - and get away with it!

This mom got on the Nano Mania train late but thanks to coworkers we now have 31, I think. The first time we were given one I thought I must have found the first nice Migros cashier ha ha. Will I still be able to find the box for purchase since the promotion is over? Tonight I'll add my list of Nanos for trade. My 6 yr old daughter really wants a Penguin or Elephant.

I'm sure they wouldn't be.

Do you realise how many Kinderkrippes here have those Swiss marble rolling games here?

I agree with Tom1234, of course they are a choking hazzard for small children, as are hundreds of things around us daily, I doubt anyone is collecting them for small babies ! and as with all toys you have to be carefull, but I dont think the shop is acting irresponsible in giving them away to shoppers, they are not handing them out to small children, they are giving them to adults paying for their shopping, who can refuse them if they so wish.

I look forward to any one else who has any to offer that we are missing

Must have lived in the UK too long. In most cases (happened to me as a child, remember it well) a marble would go straight through- but those are really a disastrous shape from the point of view of choking. Of course fine for older kids - but with toddlers around I'd maintain it is not a good idea at all- and surprised nobody advised Migros. There is a very discreet sign at the back of wrapping with a 0-3. Really do NOT want to be a spoil sport- but I'd urge great care with little ones.
