Knit Hat for baby

Hi,

I am looking for someone with skills in Knitting to make a lovely little hat for my baby.

I have absolutely no skills in this area to do it myself and I thought maybe someone on the forum would like to do it.

Here is the design, it can be a bit different but it gives a good idea. If someone is interested, please let me know how much would you ask for it.

I want the hat to be in cotton. Size for newborn.

If I can't find someone, I will order it online, it isn't a problem. It is just something that I would like to have a Forum Touch!

Nil

I was looking at the website you gave me, I love it but I couldn't come around the amount they ask for the delivery... It cost more than the hat itself!

I guess you have to order a lot of items to make it worthed. I couldn't find other items that I ''needed'' as much as the hat!

I told you, that boy already breaks heart!

I'm not sure my wife can knit cotton but I can ask her for you. Otherwise I'm going to Scotland this weekend and I could get one from mamma's and pappa's for you...or try...at least

Re: Knit Hat for baby

Oh my God! So much choice and help! I can't decide which direction to take!

I could learn to do it, true. Thanks for the links. I hope I'll be able one day, but now, with the toddler I still to run after and the exaustion of the last weeks I doubt I can be enough superwoman to handle that task as well...

I still have to cook extra meals!

So Please those who are happy to do it, could you tell me how much you think you would like for it? How long it takes to do?

Thank you so much!

If you weren't already flooded with offers already I would come with my free service, just coz it's a super simple little hat, I have the yarn and might have an hour to spare this week. And coz you are advertising my crazy quote ..and for the sake of good ol times when we were in eachother's hair frequently, hahaha. Lemi know!

edit, just look inside this catalogue, some nice hats there as well...

I have a lovely lady on the forum who apprently already planned to do something to the little monkey and she told me she could add it with it. I am waiting news from her and let you know.

I had many offers, thanks to all for your great generosity! This is what it is so great about this forum. I really feel a great sense of community!

Kisses to you all! (Yeah yeah, hormones are on their fluffeh mood!)

Aw, sorry gal, I can't knit... I can cook though!

Let me know if you'd like some help with getting some meals cooked ahead, I could pop by to lend a hand.

I should be fine, I can't cook too much ahead because I will lose too much of the food if we move right after the birth (few weeks at least) And I am going to have my mother-in-Law to come over to help and cook some lovely food!

I am having some soup and spaghetti sauce ready. And I believe she will comes with the car's trunk full of stuff to feed an army!
