online shop have not sent me the product after one month, any suggestion?

Hi there,

I ordered a piece of product online and paid by paypal roughly one month ago, but they have not sent it to me. I asked the company by emails couples of times, but no one reply. And I called then in office hours today and last Friday, no one received the phone. What's worse, the website could not be accessed now.

It is a swiss company with all kinds of things for pets:

Is there any way to complain? e.g. consumer protection organizations or so.

I phoned the number 032 665 07 62 and left a message: they have 3 days to deliver or the boys will be making a visit.

What did you order, and how much was it? It is fairly near me so I could go round for you.

It was just a water filter which cost around 60CHF. That would be very nice if you could drop by and see what is going on there. If the shop owner could check his email, he will find my messages.

Open up a Paypal dispute, if he doesn't respond, then they will refund you. They will refund you anyway if he cannot prove delivery.

Not sure if pay pal refund items not bought on ebay...

would be happy to learn otherwise

Perhaps try going to the police station in your Canton. They may give you a form to open an investigation. I had a similar problem as you with an online purchase from another company, but the goods just showed up one day!

K-tipp had an article about this the other day. Apparently it's a common problem in Switzerland when an on-line company shows something is in stock when it isn't.

The store has been off-line for the last 24 hours. If you paid by cc, get your card company to cancel the transaction. If you haven't paid yet, I think you can safely forget ever seeing your order...

Received the product today. guess it was because I complained to paypal last week and asked them to return my money. Anyhow, I have never successfully reached the shop owner even the shop is online now.

Lesson learned: if have not received the order after two weeks, ask the credit card issuer to decline the payment!

You paid with Paypal ?
