Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a can of black spray paint, but did not realize it is going to be such an issue to find it. Can anyone recommend me a place that has it for sure? If possible somewhere around Zurich.

You can get it at any Migros Do-it+Garden, Jumbo, OWI, Coop Haus&Hobby etc. etc.. However, since your profile says you are in the USA, I wonder why you need spray paint from Zurich. It's cheaper at Home Depot, Menards and the like, and, unlike the Swiss version, you may choose from up to ten different shades of black.

I think "OWI" in the Cap'n's fine post is a mistyped "OBI". Nevertheless, the good Cap'n is correct, as always: black spray paint is widely available in Switzerland, along with many other colours. To his advice to seek cans of spray paint closer to home, I'd add the suggestion that you refrain from flying to Australia to purchase it, as anti-graffiti laws there have made it quite difficult to purchase spray paint on the fly. Especially if you're under 18.

If you're really stuck for a can, just saunter down to the river near Wipkingen and ask whichever graffiti artist is on duty to sell you one.

Ahahaa well thank you everyone for the tips. I have a very expensive taste and need only Swiss paint. But really I moved to CH since I joined the forum and totally forgot to update my profile (my bad!)

Hey guys in the end I found it I coop hobby. I wouldn't call it a hobby though.

I actually needed it for my car and motorcycle
