I'd be sufficiently satisfied if he provided a picture of anyone's bank statement showing 400k in it to be honest :dunno:

As for the screenshot, it would probably have the date on it somewhere. Of course I can't absolutely prove it's his but it would be enough for me :dunno: I'm a simple guy.

But I don't think he has the money and I think a lot of people are wasting their time PMing him to feed his ego with their business ideas.

Phil_MCR offered to let you live in his annex in exchange for 400k. You then said you would take him up on it but pay 100k:

Wondered why I got no reply. The Nigerian type scam is probably my genuine offer! I have a multi apartment house in Adliswil 5 mis walk from main train station. Typical Apartment rent is 1400pcm according to an agent. I was offering you an apartment in exchange for the interest on 100k secured loan for between 6 months and 2 year deal. Ideally 2 years. I would pay notary fees for registering the charge on the property at the land registry. Such a deal would be a no-brainer for me for various reasons.

Why you'd want to vacation in Kansas is beyond my comprehension though.

Or you could just move in with me and take care of my dogs. I won't charge you. haha!

Phil I did try to PM you but I got some error message saying that your PM was disabled.

Secondly do people really think I would give 100k just like that to people I don't know anything about? Written contract or not even with good friends and family I would think twice before investing in any joint scheme. Strangers on an online forum? No chance!

P1909 you are right I have only CHF40 in my bank account. Just checked it's actually CHF4 now. Makes you feel better? Good can we move on now? :rolleyes:

Final decision- To conclude I have decided to buy property outside Switzerland. Will cost me around CHF160-200k. Remaining 200K I will split between two banks. Thanks everyone for your time.

Buy nothing. Continue to do nothing except try to get a job. You are confused but I can tell you, money is nice to have but it itself won't make you happy.

Forget about the money and get a job where you can meet new people, feel useful and sustain your lifestyle. That will make you happy.
