Painting supplies

Hi everyone, I would like to know which oil and acrylic brands are good in Switzerland, and blocks of paper to paint with them.
Perhaps Windsor and Newton? Do you know any others?
Thanks in advance

Re: Painting supplies

Hi, Euphorike, and welcome to the forum. How about popping at the introduction subforum to tell us more about yourself? People will more likely help you with your question. And, it looks like we have got quite a few knowledgeable artists around here.

Cheers.

Re: Painting supplies

I asked a similar question a few days ago and got a lot of useful answers - see Shop selling material for artists in Bern or Lausanne ?.

Boesner (mentioned in the above post) have a big shop in Aarberg, between Biel and Bern. Given the amount of stuff they have there, it's probably worth the drive from Zürich if there is nothing closer on the same scale. It's five minutes from the motorway exit at Lyss-Süd.
