Pippa Middelton in Neuchâtel

Ok who on here is friend with PM ?

The sister of Kate, princess of Cambridge, was incognito in Neuchâtel. She attended the baptism of the son of one of her friends of London which lives in the region. Pippa agreed to be the godmother of the baby, whom she held lovingly the exit of the church under a radiant sun.
Only the family, the friends and some notables were present. Pippa arrived at any beginning of the afternoon in front of the church aboard convertible Audi, in a light red dress, hair falling on shoulders.

My Uncle Bertrand assures me that the baby wasn't the only one to be "held lovingly" this afternoon.

I wouldn't know. The miserable old sod didn't get me an invite.

Re: Pippa Middelton in Neuchâtel

It was me.

It wasn't really. How curious, was thinking of walking past the red church earlier and couldn't be arsed. Actually, I don't think I would have even recognised her had I seen her. Still, not often something so exciting happens in Neuch...

I've noticed a few times in the press that they are still referring to them here as "Prinz William and Kate Middleton" and seem to have missed the fact they have different titles now.

Mitziem has become a little unpopular
Re: Pippa Middelton in Neuchâtel

While I don't mind reading about her sister, I'm just sick and tired of this "Pippa Middleton" "Pippa Middleton " stuff. Everyone has to be told about every Tennis match, Polo Match, store, she has been to, and that she's moving to France. So what?

They seem to be well grounded young ladies, but this is overkill, in my opinion.

Well, the press are picking on her as they aren't allowed to kill another princess, but a commoner is another (front page) story.

Agree with you. but now, it's not everyday we have this kind of visit (and in Neuchatel even more)

found it quite amusing, that's why I've made this post

Re: Pippa Middelton in Neuchâtel

Bertrand wash your mouth out with soap right now. How dare you be so rude about Neuchatel! No wonder we call you 'Genevans grandes gueules' (big gobs)

LOL

Never mind Pippa though- I'd be curious to know who the 'ex-pat' friend is?
Probably all will be revealed in the Monday 'L'Express' the local rag.

Le Matin beat the Express to it:
Marie-Sophie Comtesse de Montgelas. Her husband is Ari Tatos, Managing Director of Stonehage, a financial company based in Jersey, with a branch in Neuchatel, apparently.

Re: Pippa Middelton in Neuchâtel

The only time I want to hear anything about the royals is if I get a desperate late night text from one of them going on about how they've nicked the crown jewels and need a place to stash them.
