Re: how to avoid stress?

Exercise: Get fit and get your endorphins pumping the natural way! Great buzz for free and the Switzerland is built for it! Summer, hiking and swimming, winter, skiing or boarding! Get out and get some and you will feel relaxed and content afterwards.

Sex: I am not saying anymore but we all know it works!

Stimulants: Booze, chocolate, whatever! Switzerland is the land of hedonism when it comes to picking a stimulant that will change your day. Just do them with a lot of respect and an educated, mature approach and you can have a heap of fun.

Re: how to avoid stress?

Play squash about 1hr twice a week, jog with my wife twice a week for some 45min., some sex whenever possible (not always up to me I'm afraid), read a lot, vent in EF, drink beer listening to my favourite music blaring from my noise-cancelling headphones...this must be SFW, right ?

Re: how to avoid stress?

Apart from running myself daft a few times a week (30-40 mins running through the local park) I find if I make a list of stuff I need to do then force myself get a set number of the items done each day I find my stress levels stay in check.

I went for a long period letting things go out of control and not keeping on top of my errands and appointments and found that caused the most stress.

Re: how to avoid stress?

I don't get stressed, my husband does. He has to cycle 20- 50 miles a day in the countryside or he gets very ancy. He also likes massages. I like to hike high places with views. I light scented candles but only when I study. Oh and sing!

sounds like he needs more sex

to explain: once they did a "study" in Holland where they "found out"
men think about sex during cycling
women thing about cycling during sex
't was in the papers so it must be true...

Re: how to avoid stress?

Avoid miserable people.

Get laid.

Listen to loud rock music; I'd recommend Porcupine Tree.....

Drive fast on the German Autobahn.

Push yourself to your physical limits in the mountains.

Get laid again.
