working in a hospital

I am working in a hospital in india...
How many of you are in the same field??
Can we share our experiences..good or bad?? with the patients who are coming to us with lot of expectations...

hmm...it would help if you can be more specific. I have worked at a hospital in the US before coming here to work at a kanton hospital. I think each country has its own merit in regard to treating patients, and also depends on which field of medicine you are asking about. Expectations of patients? I am sure any patient would have HIGH expectations, regardless of location, as they should. =)

Thanks for taking interest...
I have worked as a lab tech and more as a phlebotomy where we have to attend lot of patients for diagnostic investigations...
In our hospital we have international patients also because it is a JCI accredited hospital... Its a corporate hospital with a long chain in alll over india and abroad...
I gives a lot of inner satisfaction whenever i get a chance to help any patient young or old... its a different feeling..you must have gone through this as you have mentioned in your post...
But now i am in non medical field in the same hospital but i dnt left any chance to help the patients....
