Where to buy a coat stand?

Hi all,

I need to buy a very cheap coat stand in Zurich city. Any ideas where I might find one? I have tried the furniture stores but they are quite expensive, and I dont have time to get out to IKEA.

Thanks for your ideas.

Ashlee

Re: Where to buy a coat stand?

I'm confused. I thought OP said that he/she wanted something local, and specifically NOT Ikea.

Got a pair of glasses? They may help in reading the opening post before attempting to fire off a sarcastic reply.

I think the OP said she/he has no time to go to IKEA and finds the local shops expensive

Re: Where to buy a coat stand?

Alright, none of this is helping the OP get an umbrella stand..

Ikea do deliver if you see one you like in the catalogue link that vwild has posted for you.

Another cheap furniture place is Conforama - there's one across the road from the Glatt Zentrum in Wallisellen.

Re: Where to buy a coat stand?

I got a coat rail on wheels, and a "normal" coat/hat stand from Conforama, for relatively cheap money.

That's because they actually want a coat stand....

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Yeah but, if they buy a coat and umbrella stand combined, and vwild1 & Richdog each buy a pair of glasses, then everyone on this thread will be happy, no?
