There are people who claim it exists.
A bit like the Loch Ness monster really.

We have played that game..... I have never got through to anybody! We bought a sofa that when we unpacked it was broken.

E-mail them and they reply within a day or two.

It does exist. A client who was in the midst of moving left keys in one of Ikea's mobility vans they hired on a Friday night. On the Saturday morning they realised the set was missing and they called me. I managed to reach someone at Ikea on the van rental desk, they checked the paperwork and located the van that had been rented, and searched for the keys. They for them and I was able to pick them up at the customer service desk that morning.

Now THAT is service.
