Online buying:-

Hi,
From a reputed shop while buying online I noticed that a specific product is 0 CHF.
I places the order just to check what happens (did not ask for Credit Card details), the order placement went fine and I also received a confirmation PDF in my email which states I can collect the product from the shop and the net invoice is 0 CHF.
I assume when I go to collect the Product, which other wise should cost atleast 50 CHF, they apologize to me stating that this was a mistake.
What should I do, Buying online and accepting to their terms and conditions is a two sided legal responsibility (Is'nt it?). So the price I bought (0 CHF) should be the price they are legally bound to give this product to me.
Any suggestions as how I can justify the same?

note:-Please do not ask me any details about the product or the shop.

So you want advice on something that could benefit others (maybe) but won't give the details?

Is it a gimp mask you're buying, you never know some else might want one?

p.s. they will tell you where to go unless you pay up.
