Can anyone recommend a reliable camera store in CH that sells online?
I'm looking into getting into SLR.

Perhaps the title is a little bias, but I know of the best online camera store in Swissland...

Customer service is top, prices are of the lowest and answers to your DSLR questions of the best knowledge, direct from a DSLR user.

The webshop is easy to navigate and if you don't find what you are looking for, I know personally that he will answer to your needs with his resources.

If the items are on stock, then delivery is as early as a day or two. Even if the item is not immediately available, then the closest possible delivery date is communicated and confirmed by e-mail.

The online camera store I am speaking of, is.... mine

With over 900 customers and currently about 450 products.... not to mention a database full of contacts that I can find just about every product available on the market and deliver to your door!

j_in_ch - a very good starting point for any such purchases is toppreise.ch - you can compare prices and view feedback on stores. In fact - it's how I found Scott in the first place!

Although you mentioned it, it is worth the black on the screen to mention it again.... Be sure to check the ratings of the shops you are considering. Also, be sure to post your ratings to help others in their decisions.

Yes good point - I always check the ratings, especially when the prices are low. Don't just check the total rating, but click on the store profile and look at the individual rating. Those that score well for low price often score really badly for after sales service or timely delivery. I've sometimes ignored these ratings at my peril!

And I always fill in feedback afterwards to rate the store.
