Moulinex food processor spare parts?

I seemed to have lost an important part of my Moulinex MasterChef 370 Duotronic food processor. Its the rodlike thing that needs to be attached to the processor while using any of those disk like blades. Is there any place where I could get it? Without it, I cant chop anything in the food processor :-(

Re: Moulinex food processor spare parts?

Have you tried the shop you purchased it at? They often can help get spare parts. We had a cheap food processor awhile back I bought at Migros and they were able to get us a replacement part for it. It did take quite awhile.

Re: Moulinex food processor spare parts?

Hello,

Facing exactly the same issue. I cannot use it anymore as the lid is broken.
As it works well I only need to buy a new lid, do you have an adress I can contact in Switzerland?

The shop I bought this moulinex masterchef 370 is closed. You could argue just buy a new one...come on guys...we need to save our environment.

Thanks for your info.

Re: Moulinex food processor spare parts?

I went to Manor, and they asked me to order on the Moulinex website. They gave me a number as well where I could call and place the order(dont have the number with me any longer). I ordered via the site, and got the missing part in a week's time.

Re: Moulinex mincer spare parts?

Hello -- I have a Moulinex mincer, model HV8, and have lost the star cutting blade. I'm living in Ethiopia, and no shops have the spare parts for this machine. Do you have any suggestions?
