Using them just now for a new integrated fridge (the old ones compressor has certainly given up after 16.5 years). Obviously we are in a bit of a hurry, so ordered one in stock plus installation and removal of the old.

It is all feeling very antiquated compared to eg digitec/galaxus let alone one of the British white goods sellers. You cant book your appointment for installation at checkout. The sales/helpline wait is long without any "position in queue" information. When you do get through you get vague info "should get a call by the end of the week to FIX an appointment"...

So have ordered a small fridge from Galaxus for delivery tomorrow. It can double up as a drinks fridge in the waschkeller once it's all sorted.

I'll update on the second part of the adventure when we have a fridge.

Tried buying something recently, showed in stock and delivery by a certain date - a date that has come & gone and still no response to emails.
