Franck Muller watch?

Hi Guys,

I don't know much (or anything about watches) but my father's 60th bday is coming up and me and my brothers would like to buy him a watch he has been eyeing for a couple of months now.

I would like to ask the experts out there what you think of the quality of this watch. In addition if you have any other recommendation within the same price range this would also be appreciated.

Personally I find the date over the 6 a bit peculiar but my father doesn't seem to be bothered about this and he will be wearing it

Many thanks for reading.

Re: Franck Muller watch?

As far as reputation goes Franck Muller watches are right up there. Many of the watches are inspired by the designs of the early 1900's. Mr Muller has a hands on approach with his company, which he owns. He also designs the mechanisms for every watch he sells.

Many well known, high profile people (and museums) have chosen to purchase Muller watches.

He has been in the game since the age of 15 (41 years). Only a handfull of watchmakers have this man's high level of skills.

You realy cannot go much better unless you wish to have a watchmaker spend a year making a watch for your relative.

So don't worry about the quality. That is NOT an issue.

Great great high end watches! You can't go wrong with F. Muller!
Some of them are authentic piece of art with all their complications.

Bear we are talking about luxury watches here, so a step above Rolex and more in the range of JLC and AP
