Which Canton's courts have the reputation for the handing out the most punitive sentences ?

No, just interested in which SWISS Canton has the reputation of being Alberta/Texas/Bavaria in relation to their justice system

But generally, there are only two capital crimes in Switzerland: failure to observe official quiet hours and driving over the speed limit.

So with those exceptions in mind I guess the answer to your question is: none of the above.

Ya, I've seen the youtube videos of Ortspolizist waiting near bottle return bins and giving crap to anyone depositing bottles on the wrong day/time...



So fine amounts and jail terms are pretty uniform through CH I gather, eh ?

Don't forget to include passing a vehicle on the right hand side in the list.
