Re: Christmas shopping on Sundays in Zurich.

Pity that Min has such a busy social calendar.

Re: Christmas shopping on Sundays in Zurich.

I wish the shops would open earlier. By the time they do open half the day has gone.

But it does at least give the likes of me time for a breakfast. And you've no idea how much work is involved in getting a shop ready and all for just a few hours opening.... especially after a mad busy day like yesterday.

Bah humbug. Rant over. I can pour myself a beer now.

Re: Christmas shopping on Sundays in Zurich.

Shops in Zürich will be allowed to open on the following Sundays this year

27th November and 4th and 11th of December.

The Viadukt Market where I work will be open all 3 days. Thank you Christmas

Re: Christmas shopping on Sundays in Zurich.

It's that time of year again. Tomorrow shops in Zürich are allowed to open - also the 6th and 20th December.

My cheese shop and bar in the Viadukt Market will be open from 11.00 - 18.00 although a few shops here have said they might not open this first Sunday.
