Cable Aerial not working - is landlord liable?

We moved into our rented house and our aerial cable is defective according to Fust. Would you say the landlord needs to have it fixed or should we incur the cost?
Also surely when Cablecom gave us media box they had to check if we had infrastructure?

We have been pushed from pillar to post by Cablecom and Fust and still have no TV.

Not too sure on whether your landlord is liable or not but i would think so. Also, when did you move into the flat, normally you have a period of time to report any damage which comes to light in the flat which they will sort for you. In my contract, I had 4 weeks to report it.
