Abaja, Hijab, Islamic clothing

Hello,

Next week I travel to Saudi Arabia and as I am a lady I need to buy long clothing covering me down to my ankles.
I have no idea where I could buy sth like this in Zurich area?
Could anyone help?

Thank you in advance,

Bridi

They will. Black headscarf, loose black trousers, loose turtle neck (black), black rain coat. Then go to a mall and get an abaya. You'll be fine.

Re: Abaja, Hijab, Islamic clothing

Hello Forum.

My wife is traveling to Saudi Arabia in less than a week (for an interview) and she needs to find an Abaja as soon as possible.

None of the online resources listed above are active or can tell you how long for delivery. Does anyone know of a physical location to buy Islamic clothing anyplace in Zurich? Or in driving/train distance?

We've called several mosques and Islamic centers but the answers just refer us to other mosques or centers. Its been an excercise in frustration and we're running out of time. All ideas/suggestions welcomed. Thank you everyone.

Re: Abaja, Hijab, Islamic clothing

If one checks the link, the website is down.
If one calls the number, there is no answer.

Do you know for a fact the shop is still open?

The last time I was at Mulhouse market, there were loads of the stuff as there seems to be a large community of Algerians or Moroccans there. Plenty to choose from and you get to check for size but Mulhouse may be too far for you...?

Hope this helps.

Can't you just call the Saudi-Arabian embassy here and ask?

Or ask them:
