| I have posted an item on ricardo.ch and some has won the auction. The buyer is refusing to buy the item now.
What rights do I have if any? Can I make a Berteibung7debt collection against the buyer? Or is that just what ricardo.ch can do against a seller for fees? | |

If the buyer attends your home and views the item, he or she can decide not to buy it. For example, if the condition of the item is not as described. It is very subjective, and in fact they really don't need a reason.
If this is not the case, then unfortunately you have to re-advertise the item. Ricardo will refund the original costs charged to you for the incompleted transaction.
Are you aware that it costs chf 200 to initiate a Betreibung? and you need solid proof. Not sure winning a Ricardo auction would warrant this.
