Has anyone else experienced that when he orders from H&M Germany website to a delivery address in Germany the order is being canceled ?
I ordered some child clothes from Switzerland, through the
www.hm.com/de website, paid with credit card and with a German delivery address in Konstanz.
Apart from having an email - no order reference in it - confirming the order, when I log in into my H&M account no order is present. Of course the 0800 phone number is also geographically limited.
Any ideas ?
