Procedure for small claim court

Hello,

BCV has charged me for adress change 90 chf. they claim that address was changed in Mar 2015 while it was actually changed in May 2015.
I have asked them through written letters several times to refund this amount but they rejected. I have full prove and would like to submit a claim to small claim court.

Does anyone knows the procedure of small claim court in canton of Vaud?

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Why would the month matter for the charge? If you changed your address and that's the fee they charge, that's what you owe.

This isn't worth getting your knickers in a twist over, OP, court would probably tell you similar. Court fees alone will most likely be more than 90 CHF, no way this is worth the trouble of the courts (nor of EFers pointing you to a court and explaining procedure).

Re: Procedure for small claim court

They charged me a fine claiming that I have informed them too late and they needed to hire an agency to search for my new address.
